A beautiful cozy private (not a shared space) full one bedroom downstairs lower level apartment, living room w/full size sofa sleeper, kitchen/dining room, full bathroom and a completely fenced in separate yard with patio furniture exclusively for your use. Great area to sit and relax or enjoy yard time with your pet. Yes, pets are allowed if house broken.

Short drive to many beaches, parks, East Wind, Georgio's, Baseball heaven, Brookhaven Lab, Peconic Hospital (travel nurses and doctors), Scott's Point Restaurant and Amusement, near by Pickle ball court, hiking, bicycling trails, many restaurants, wineries and so much more.
