Absolutely wonderful stay!The accommodations were clean,spacious, comfortable and truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. All amenities were on hand and readily accessible making it a light packing experience. The property location was peaceful and relaxing, and we had such a great time fishing from the pier that we never even needed to launch our boat. Yes! We caught our fair share of white bass and catfish. Sylvia was an absolutely amazing host and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire stay (our choice) making everything smooth and stress free. You can really tell she cares about her guests and their experience. We enjoyed the property so much we are booked again for October. If you are looking for a relaxing, well maintained, peaceful, getaway look no further!

Good place. It was just what my friends and I were hoping for. Had most everything we needed that we didn't bring. Great view and the porch is an excellent space. Nice all around. Would definitely return. Very quite. Really cool, the bird nest of some kind of bird of prey out back.

Sylvia, We had a great time this weekend. The lodging was great and the open outside space was great as the family that had lunch together came back to the house and visited. The only downside for us, who are getting older, was navigating stairs. Otherwise great!!Avery

We had the most relaxing stay at this home. It was so peaceful to wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the lake. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. The dock was great for fishing or tying up the boat. The location was quiet without a lot of traffic. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. We would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy more that this home has to offer. Sylvia was so helpful in answering any questions and providing an enjoyable experience. We would love to come back again!!

This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I would have given this 5 stars if a few things were different. We are not streamers, so if our other guest were not we would have been without football. That’s a game changer for us. The grill was tricky but after some time we got it going. There was no propane in the upstairs outside fire table, so we were not able to enjoy that feature. It would be beneficial to invest in a little better dining table, this one was very wobbly and the leaf was not level making it uncomfortable for dining and even game playing. Overall this is a great spot for gathering.

We wanted to have some much needed relaxation and wanted to disconnected from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. We chose Lake Wateree because we wanted to feel like we were away from the city. Timeout on Tallow was scenic and quiet. We were able to connect to nature, as well as with one another.

This was such a great get away for our whole family. The location is very secluded and quiet. The views from the upper porch are amazing. The house was loaded with everything we needed. The dock and pier provided hours and hours of entertainment for our kids, and lots of great fishing when they weren't swimming. The few items we did need were found at the local gas station. The lake is relatively quiet. A few boats here and there, but not an all day race on the water. Everyone was disappointed we were leaving. We will definitely try to book this house again.
