Called to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel they said it passes thru every 30 minutes and ive waited like 1hr and 20 and the shuttle never passed thru once. Another hotel shuttle took us to the hotel. Hotel was cleaned and provided good breakfast

We spent 13 hours at the airport in CLT. Boarded flight at 1am finally. Arrived PHL and got to hotel via shuttle just after 3am. Shuttle driver told us breakfast was until 10. We we t for breakfast at 9:30am and was told it was over at 9am. They're was no sorry, no coffee to be had ... nothing, except be out by 11am We are loyal to the Hilton brand and feel defeated.

The room we stayed in was in need of repair. The room was not fully cleaned. There was a human hairball on the floor. Towels and duvet were stained as well. The room gave the vibe of a 2.5 star motel

Great place to stay

Hotel is very convenient to the Philadelphia airport with free shuttle service. My room was very clean, hotel bar and restaurant were good. Breakfast in the morning was very good with many choices. I would definitely stay here again.
