Check in service was very nice and friendly, room was spacious and clean. I stay over the night, had no breakfast, so cant evaluate it. I for sure would give 5 stars, except I find it cold in the morning and conditioner didnt work, only central heating, which I only saw before leaving..

Typical Ibis hotel within easy walking distance of Riga old town, public transport and shops/restaurants. Easy check in / check out and was able to leave suitcase in lobby as flight wasn't until afgernoon. Room was clean, warm and quiet, one small issue was the 'double' bed was 2 single mattresses push together so they slid apart during the night and had to be readjusted. Shower worked perfectly.

My first experience with Ibis in Riga. Though I stayed at Ibis hotel in Caen, Normandy in August this year and I enjoyed it. Ibis Riga keeps up the standard though it was just one stay for me and I may be wrong.

Location's convenient. Everything's clean, the breakfast reasonable. The shower's not bad. The room on the 6th floor did not have either tea/coffee facilities or a fridge, although the staff provided a kettle on request. The air conditioning in the hotel was switched off for the cold season, but the room was unpleasantly warm night time and keeping the window did not help.

This hotel is in a great location if you’re arriving by bus/train as its near the station and only a 10 min taxi from the airport. The room isn’t the biggest but it has everything you need - including a smart TV! There’s a nice bar area at the back and I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful too.

Good hotel in central Riga

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the airport bus stop (line 22) and a large shopping center with a few coffee shops and a large supermarket. The old town is 10 minutes away. The rooms are cleaned every 4 days. There was some noise when we stayed due to a renovation but it happened only during the day.

Staff were lovely and friendly, and it’s in a great location. It is quite loud of a night time and you can hear everything in the corridor but had I remembered my ear plugs I wouldn’t have any complaints
