The cycle route passes in front of the cottage. You can enjoy the banks of the Saône for a relaxing stay with the possibility of walking and cycling, fishing, etc. Swimming is not permitted in front of the cottage, but there is a beach in Autet in summer. All shops, a museum, and an outdoor swimming pool with a waterslide are open seasonally in Gray, 4 km away. This fully renovated and very comfortable house on the banks of the Saône enjoys a bucolic location.
Ground floor: Large, bright living room with river views, including a fitted kitchen, dining room, and living room (2 extra beds on a sofa bed are available at an additional cost). Shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. Shower room and toilet.
Outdoor areas ideal for relaxing with a tiled terrace, a 250 m² garden, and parking. Covered carport.
Electricity and heat pump heating are included in the price (except for businesses, meter reading). Linens and final cleaning are included. Baby crib and high chair available upon request. Non-smoking house.
