struttura bella ma per me è no

La struttura è bella e pulita. purtroppo siamo capitati nel we con emergenza neve e la caldaia si era guastata. Il problema è che non siamo stati avvisati per tempo del fatto che non andasse. quindi niente acqua calda. La proprietaria, oltre a definirsi giustamente dispiaciuta, ha cercato in tutti i modi di risolvere la questione anche proponendoci altra struttura. ma ciò non toglie il grossissimo disagio.

Un mini-soggiorno nell'hotel che non ti aspetti.

Personale cordiale e sempre molto disponibile. l'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato, cambiamenti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole: materassi, cuscini, servizi puliti, ecc... ancora una menzione speiclae ai gestori: sorridenti, cordiali, informati e prodighi di consigli e suggerimenti.

Hotel custo x benefício adequado.

Ficamos apenas de um dia para o outro. Como eh um local litorâneo e fomos no inverno porque estávamos de passagem, a hospedagem foi ok, mas no dia seguinte nao havia água quente para o banho. Creio que seja por conta da não temporada pois éramos a unica família que estava hospedada no hotel. Simples, limpo e barato com pessoal muito atencioso!

Controllate Bagno della camera e climatizzatore

Sistemazione per un notte di passaggio con la famiglia, tutto ok, ottima colazione. Il bagno in camera merita invece un discorso a parte, molto piccolo e senza bidet....non ci ha funzionato o magari non siamo stati capaci noi il climatizzatore...
