Nice and clean. Good bar. Walking distance to the surfboard rental and surfing lessons places. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find and get to. Once there, learn your way around. 10 minutes to Rincon by car. Rooms need doormats.

Great time staying at casa verde! Location cannot be beat!! Literally steps from the beach and several cute restaurants and places for coffee. Short drive to downtown Rincon, Staff was kind and responsive and room was clean and comfortable.

It is a nice place, good location for being off the beaten path, and great food places (Jake's Coffee, Jack's Taco Shack, two dinner locations). But do be advised, if the bar on the premise has a late night venue, it will be loud till about midnight.

Excellent family trip

We had a great time, the location is perfect just a few minutes to the beaches, downtown Rincón- anywhere you wanted to go. Rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful.

Uncomfortable bed and loud music

The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The room was spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard. I experienced neck pain every morning after waking up. Additionally, the shower needs fixing; it is built higher inside and lower outside, which prevents proper drainage. This causes water to flow back into the bathroom and, if there aren't enough towels to absorb it, it leaks into the room. On top of these issues, the hotel is located next to a bar that has loud live music until midnight every day. If you’re tired after a long day out and want to sleep early, it can be difficult, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Great except loud bar

The room was clean and nice, the staff was very friendly, the shower had hot water, the beach nearby and restaurants around were great. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you are interested in the late night scene. The Big Kahuna bar across the street plays very loud music every night (til 2am fri-Sat, til midnight every other night) that was very loud (audible lyrics, can feel the bass) in our room. Pretty much impossible to fall asleep without good earplugs, which was really unfortunate.

Not Mi Casa

We stayed at Casa Verde because it's a great location. Unfortunately, nothing else about the stay was great. Our room was right under the bar, which played loud music with lots of screams and hooting till 11:00 pm (we left early but were told the music plays till 2:00 am on weekends). The floor in the room wasn't clean. The bathroom was a joke, not big enough to turn around in and barely a trickle of water in the sink. The staff was nice enough, offering us earplugs for the music, but they wouldn't or couldn't change our room. We won't stay here again.
