Great location and stay!

Overall great experience! The house was even more spacious than we expected. Indoor and outdoor cooking made it easy to feed our group of 9. Location was perfect, walking distance to the marina. Antonio was very responsive and accommodating. Great stay!

Rincon Vacation

Large and homey 4 br 3 ba tri-level. Large concrete covered pavilion style patio in rear and wood rocking chair front porch for views of ocean as well as street traffic. Walk to beach. Great location. All bathrooms are tile walk in showers. Washer and dryer but no dishwasher. Average clean, somewhat dated but cosy. Driveway steep but workable. Good air conditioning after purchasing 4 box fans. We are leaving fans in the bedroom closets. Overall great home

A lot of place for 8 persons

Two hundred meters from a nice beach, warm water gentle breeze, scuba diving ( turtles..), close from town with pleasant restaurants and surf spots.Wide pleasant house, good equipments, three bathrooms and a large sheltered terrace for meals
