Mold & infiltration on ceilings in public areas; rundown; rooms around air vents dirty & moldy. In room, causes irritation with lungs so cough - HEALTH HAXARD. Sliding Door bathroom stuck unable to open my 93yr old mom got stuck several times where we had to force open, buttons inside Elevador dont work forcing you to step out in an odd floor to get in another to reach your room,

I stayed at room 615 and the room was not big enough. The restroom door didn’t closed or lock. For being rated a 4 star hotel and for that price, is not worth staying in here.

Hotel mal conservado e péssima estrutura

Minha experiência no hotel foi bastante negativa. No check-in havia uma fila enorme e desorganizada, com atendimento extremamente mal-educado. Perguntei sobre onde deixar o carro para realizar o check-in e depois estacionar, e o atendente disse para deixar na rua e que nem sabia se haveria vaga — quando entrei, o estacionamento estava completamente vazio. Não há sequer uma vaga provisória em frente ao hotel para parar o carro. O hotel é mal conservado: elevadores antigos, barulhentos e extremamente lentos; quarto pequeno e muito menor do que nas fotos, com marcenaria acabada, porta do banheiro que não fechava, cortinas rasgadas e sujas, janelas mal vedadas (entrava vento e fazia muito barulho), roupa de cama e toalhas manchadas e de baixa qualidade. Além disso, havia tomadas 220V sem qualquer aviso, o que fez meu secador queimar. A limpeza deixa a desejar e o café da manhã foi caótico: mesas sempre sujas, buffet desorganizado, pouca reposição, comida de péssima qualidade, além da falta de pratos e talheres — cheguei a esperar meia hora para conseguir um prato e tive que começar a comer sem talher. O espaço não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Definitivamente não recomendo.
