Experiência horrível - desserviço

Não fui atendido pelo proprietário para fazer o check in. O endereço me levou para uma rua onde não tinha, aparentemente, nenhum Apart hotel ou qualquer acomodação do gênero. Infelizmente depois de vários contatos com o hoteis.com a atendente me informou que deveria ter feito contato com 48h de antecedência. (Informação que estava oculta no app, mas não estava clara no ato da compra) Fiz vários contatos com o proprietário na manhã do dia 15, o qual me informou que não tinha nenhuma reserva no meu nome. Enquanto estava no meio da rua procurando o local tentava insistentemente ligar para o proprietário por meio do número de celular cadastrado no hotéis.com o qual não me atendeu e até hj tento fazer contato e sou ignorado por ele. Fico extremamente indignado com a situação, me senti lesado. A forma com que o proprietário falou comigo e depois sumiu deixa um ar de golpe. GOSTARIA DE SOLICITAR A DEVOLUÇÃO IMEDIATA DO PAGAMENTO REALIZADO POR ESTE DESSERVIÇO.
