IMPORTANT NOTES

Compact bathroom: it’s not large and it may get wet after showers. For your comfort, we provide a cloth and squeegee.

Double suites: this apartment is part of a “double suites” setup, with a shared main entrance door with the unit next door, but your space is fully private during your stay.

LUGGAGE, CRIB AND BEACH CHAIRS

Arrivals from 9:00 AM and departures up to 3:00 PM may be possible at no extra cost, if the apartment is available. Please align with our team 1 day in advance.For babies up to 2 years old, we can lend a crib upon prior request.

HOUSEKEEPING

We provide cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels free of charge every 7 days (please request in advance).

Extra weekly cleaning is available for R$ 300 (request 1 day in advance).

BUSINESS TRAVEL

We can issue receipts and invoices for corporate needs. If your company frequently travels to one of the cities we serve, we can set up corporate rate agreements.

From 2:00 PM. Remote check-in with a door code sent on arrival day around 1:00 PM.

All guests must send an ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected under Brazil’s LGPD data protection law.

Important: arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can handle it in the best and most cost-effective way.

CHECK-OUT Until 12:00 PM. You may leave up to 3:00 PM at no extra cost if no new guest is arriving.
