Já tem alguns anos que frequentamos o hotel vogue e nas primeiras vezes que nos hospedamos nele, o serviço nos parecia impecável. Mas nos últimos meses temos nos decepcionado bastante com quase tudo. O primeiro ponto que nos deixa bastante incomodados é a limpeza do banheiro, temos visto algumas baratinhas pequenas no banheiro e box e alguns mosquitinho que remetem a falta de limpeza adequada do banheiro. Outro desconforto é em relação ao ar-condicionado, pelo menos nas últimas 3 hospedagens pegamos suítes com o ar com problema tanto no resfriamento quanto ao aparelho desgastado e não funcionando adequadamente, as palhetas não circulam como deveriam. E outro serviço que está bastante prejudicado é o café da manhã, os alimentos sempre com uma aparência que não nos parece que foi feito recente, bolos duros e sem gosto, pão de queijo assados de qualquer forma, vários pães unidos e mal assados e feios. Na última hospedagem tinha uma batata doce cozida, que parece ter sido cozidas algumas vezes, pois estava totalmente sem sabor. Pães recheados mal assados. Frutas servidas com casca, acho de mal gosto. Deveriam higienizar e retirar a casca das frutas. Enfim, esse relato não é com a finalidade de denegrir a imagem do hotel, mas sim que melhores os serviços. Pois adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que ele tivesse um serviço a altura da estrutura.

My room was filthy, black hand marks on the wall and baseboards. Stains on the bed frame, but clean sheets at least. Staff at front desk did not even try to speak English or Spanish to me, so my wife spoke Portuguese. No door man to help with luggage to the room, front desk girl watched me struggle with bags for elevator and no help. Room phone did not work. Worst hotel i have had in Brasil, and this is my 4th time visiting in the last 7 years.

Room was not cleaned by staff sometimes. Only given two coffee pods for a 20 Day stay; you gotta pay for extra coffee. Had to keep activating the room key at the front desk because it wouldn't work. Room needed deep cleaning. Rotten cheese during breakfast. Front desk staff left me waiting for 40 min to make a change to my reservation only to come back and indicate that it was not possible.

Failed to clean the room in the first day. Damage hangers. failed to provide extra hangers. Poor attention to guest. Too pricy for what they offer.

NAO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL

Fiquei hospedada por 9 dias, pagando um total de quase 5 mil reais pela estadia. Eu estava participando de um curso que estava ocorrendo no hotel e levei marmitas de casa com o meu almoço. Antes de chegar ao hotel, entrei em contato para saber se seria possível esquentar meu almoço no hotel, e me informaram que seria possível, bastando assinar um termo de responsabilidade pelo fato da comida estar vindo de fora do hotel. Essa informação foi passada para vários hospedes que também estavam participando do curso tinham levado comida para esquentar. Nos 2 primeiros dias eles permitiram que esquentássemos a nossa comida no restaurante, mas a partir do 3 dia, simplesmente, disseram que não mais seria possível esquentar, apenas informando que as regras tinham mudado e ponto. Tentamos argumentar com a gerencia do hotel e a gerente VERA simplesmente não deu a mínima para a nossa situação e não fez questão nenhuma de tentar atender nossa solicitação. RUAN/JUAN gerente do restaurante foi totalmente incompreensível e intransigente, não dando a mínima para a nossa necessidade de esquentar a comida. Depois de muito brigarmos pela mudança de informações, eles nos concederam o refeitório dos funcionários que ficava em um "buraco" nos fundos do hotel, inclusive com cheiro de esgoto. O café da manhã péssimo, sem variedade e má qualidade das comidas; ovos moles e verde, com aparência de estragado, pão de queijo mole e frio. Limpeza insatisfatória,
