Location excellent, room excellent, breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel provided safe and secure environment to enjoy Rio for a 4 day stay in the city. Only suggestion for improvement: schedule the “hospitality” rooms availability for late check out rather than “first come first serve” arrangement. The staff at check in were great. It was my birthday and they made it special for me. The room and bathroom was spacious with amenities. I loved the view from the rooftop. The breakfast had a lot of ripe fruit. I had an issue with the room guest policy. I paid for a two room vacancy. I originally was with my partner who had to check out and leave the trip early due to work. My family member was then going to stay in the room after since we paid for two persons already and it was just going to be me utilizing the room onwards. The hotel made me pay for a third person even though only 2 people were occupying the space. It was strange to pay extra for that. Other than that, checkout was seamless.

I loved my stay at the Windsor California Copacabana. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect — right across from the beach, very walkable, and I felt safe the entire time. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rio.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was just ok, overlooking a dingy atrium. Noise from the lift other than the staff this was not the best experience. Some hotels offer tea making facilities but his did not.

Although i asked when booking and again at check-in for a quiet room, ghey gave me one beside a very loud machine - without esr plugs it would be imposdible to sleep. Also, too much perfume everywhere. Otherwisefriendly staff and good location

Lovely hotel, staff are very polite, rooftop pool and bar are great. The club sandwich is very nice. The breakfast was great too - eggs, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and granola. We managed to check in early too which was great. We just booked Ubers to the sightseeing spots as it was a lot cheaper than the hotel tours. Highly recommend the hotel

I loved my stay at the Windsor California Copacabana. The location could not be any better, especially for my first time in Rio de Janeiro. It is directly across from the Copacabana beach strip. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. There was always someone around to provide assistance. The room was modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had a lot of delicious options. I would gladly stay at the Windsor California on my next trip to Rio.
