Gave hotel another chance but was not pleased and have not received any type of email on apology about last stay. Goes to show how much they care. So far evey stay inconvinient not the cleanest, and not the friendliest besides woman in the morning. What makes me give it the one star is the fact i did not even receive an apology i could care less about being reimbursed even after being told they would listen to calls and investigate original matter. For me to choose this hotel would have to be last option at this point. Night time employee at desk is rude.

The service from one of the front desk ppl was poor, simply asked for towels and they said not until the next morning. Room was fine, but area smelled like cigarettes all the time. Was quiet throughout my stay.

The stay was ok. Rooms are abit outdated. Towels and blankets are abit rough maybe time for new ones. I did see 1 cockroach in the bathroom that I tried to kill but it got away from me. I had to keep my luggage zipped up so I wouldnt take any of them home. Breakfast was ok a simple muffin coffee juice and an apple.
