Cockroaches in bathroom at night. Breakfast in a brown bag. A better continental breakfast would have been nice. Coffee machine in room but no coffee pods. Left side of the bed in room 136 was uncomfortable. We like the shower and quietness. Good for what you pay for, but needs to be renovated.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s nasty. Very dirty horrible smell. My child refuses to sleep in the nasty bed. Would never stay there ever.never recommend anyone to stay there. Worst mistake of my life.

So horrible staff. I booked because it has a relatively high score on Expedia. I arrived early at 8am and asked if I could check in early and i could even pay one extra day. The receptionist told me the hotel was full and could not offer early check in until 3pm. I knew she's telling a lie because when I asked if someone checked out early can I have early check in., The receptionist declined immediately again and insisted even someone checked out early, She "could not tell the housekeeper to do anything". Excuse me? The housekeepers can only work near 3pm? If So, why is it listed on Expedia that housekeepers are available on request? I called in the middle to see if there were any rooms available But The receptionist declined immediately again and insisted me to come back at 3pm. She said she had rooms it's just she could not ask the housekeeper to clean one room up early just for coutesey or even you pay one more day! i know It's just she doesn't want to do some extra work because it will not improve her income. I read the reviews on Google, all kinds of complaints about this place. How do the good reviews on Expedia come from?
