The place is fairly new. Bedding was nice. Well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately there is no guaranteed off street parking The driveway is narrow and long and is reserved for the front house. It is dark at night and easy to trip. I had to park 4 houses down the street on two nights of our stay. I was not happy with the “cleanliness”. Strong odor of must and mold in the unit coming from dishwasher that is caked on the inside with mold. There were dust bunnies underneath each bed and sofa which had insects in them. Appeared to be pet hair. The outdoor furniture area was messy with umbrella on the ground and old construction materials around. The gas fireplace outside was not operational. I would choose another place when I visit again.

Rosie was fantastic and communicated as needed through out the stay. The house was perfect, very comfortable for my family. Would stay again if I find myself in Riverside again.
