Nicola's Perfect Place, a charming studio with AC in fabulous Banning CA

Mansion in the hills is the way our granddaughter describes the house. It's a corner lot on a quiet street with excellent neighbors. We even have police officers who live nearby, so everyone has a sense of security. Our house is two stories and the guest house is attached but separate with its separate entry on the front with a shared front gated patio.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Conveniences include a safe and a coffee/tea maker.
