Hotel with Problems

When we first checked in and got to our room, it was hot and stuffy. We went to turn on the AC only to find that it was broken and nearly ripped off the wall. We called the front desk and they said we were SOL and they couldn't help us. So my husband went down to the lobby in person. Now all of the sudden they could help us. We get to our second room and the AC works, sort of, but it is better than nothing. Now our TV doesn't work though. It was late, and they told us no maintenance was on site, so we dealt with it. Beds were hard as rocks and both were so slanted that we each had to put a pillow on one side of us so we wouldn't roll off the bed at night. Fridge was also barely cold. Overall the rooms and beds are run down, little to no service in regards to maintenance, and they'll move you, but you have to go see them face to face when I tried to ask for help politely via phone call. Overall, skip this hotel and save yourself the headache.

Definitely disappointed

The Springfield Suites in Corona needs a serious refresh. The layout of the rooms felt odd and poorly thought out. The carpets were noticeably dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, giving the whole place a neglected vibe. Honestly, it felt more like a budget motel than the quality you'd expect from a SpringHill Suites. Definitely disappointing.

Equipment failure with quick resolution.

A minor problem the first night. During the middle of the night, the HVAC unit came on, and it sounded like something was crashing through the wall. I turned the unit off and informed the front desk of the issue in the morning. By the time we returned that afternoon, the unit had been replaced. Excellent: scale of 1 - 10, about a 30.

I liked the clean, confortable beds and pillows. I also liked that there were plenty sitting available at breakfast. What I didn't like is that we arrived on a Friday and departed on Tuesday and was not provided with enough supplies for those days.One day I say a cart in the halfway and looked for the cleaning lady but couldn't find her. Also, our garbage wasn't removed and our room wasn't cleaned for any of the days that we were there.The fridge and microwave were dirty and the carpet had a few stains.
