The room was a terrible! It is tiny and cramped with no practical provisions for comfort. Internet did not work as Hiltons amenities list says. With calls made for assistance misinformation was shared (like “only one device, one person can use internet”) when asking for assistance 3 times, we were told: the manager is gone for the day, there is no manager here today, there’s no maintenance person here ; Call the internet provider etc) In calling the internet number on Hilton amenities list, we were told they did not provide internet for this Hilton TRU. The room is JUST AS pathetic as the ill-trained staff, unqualified employees. They obviously didn’t care or didn’t know. Nothing for comfort provided in this bare bones room. Not even a coffee maker, microwave or even space for suit cases, etc. Our stay has been a miserable experience! We would have been much better off staying home, then trying to take 2 days off in TRU Hilton, so called “Honors” hotel!

I was going to stay at another hotel, but thankfully they couldn't find my reservation, so I found this Hilton and the experience was better than I could have imagined. The staff is attentive, the room is comfortable and quiet, the lobby has games to enjoy during the day, and the breakfast is the best I've ever seen at any hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.
