Quality Staff Members

Room was clean, customer service staff Simone and Michael are what customer service reps should be, patient, kind, efficient and very helpful and did not hesitate to help me. They Maintenance Staff member Steve is the un sung hero that need acknowledging also; From what I have observed he not only worked hard to keep the equipment functioning, he work extra hard to keep the property clean!!!

We loved the hotel we do plan to go back in June with a bigger crowd. The only down fall I wish we were notified of the elevator being down. I have a broke foot and I had to go up to the 4th floor, very inconvenient.

Disgusting hotel why Expedia has it for purchase is not understandable. Everything of hotel is bad. Dirty and smelled like poop and pee in hallways.

Do not stay here! Terrible experience!

We came into town for a concert with family, and were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The front desk did their best to work with what they were left with by the manager, but the rooms were overbooked, a packed lobby of people waiting, not to mention a broken elevator that we later found out had been broken over a month. We were on the 4th floor with multiple bags, and my mom was injured in a scooter. We had to convince them to get my mother a 1st floor room, not to mention the hotel itself was dirty and smelt awful. Would not recommend staying here!

Took long to be attended at check in. Heater smelt like burning when turned on. Elevators were out of service m, that was pretty inconvenient given we were at one of the top floors and they had no lower rooms to offer.

What I didn’t like about this hotel/stay was the elevator was out of service (fine, stuff happens right) so we had to take the stairwell but on the way to the stairs there was a horrible smell on the first floor like horse/horse poo. We also were told almost all the exiting doors we could leave out of but could not enter back in because the card reader sometimes wouldn’t work so there was really only one way to get into the hotel. Then as my husband and I go up to our room we notice stains on the tv, crumbs on the nightstand and dirty walls.

The staff are friendly but Michael in particular is awesome 😊. It’s a bit different than a normal extended stay but suits the purpose. Needs some minor repairs/upgrades. Elevator wasn’t working at the time but not their fault and the staff did their best to accomodate. Will stay here again

Good service, ok amenities

The front desk worker deserves a raise. She put up with a coworker not showing up for her shift to work more hours than she was scheduled for to help a long lone of people that came in. She was professional the entire time and pleasant to the guests she assisted. The room was clean and had the necessities. I was surprised by the kitchenette and regulation size fridge in the room. It was not used but was still a pleasant surprise. The elevator was not operational, so i had to use the stairs to & from my room on the 4th floor. The breakfast, tho grab & go, was small & uninspired
