I was inconvenienced more than once, b/c my key was malfunctioned. However, the issue was later addressed and was fixed. The manager was extremely nice and apologetic, and gave me a refund for 1 of my rooms. Clean big rooms.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant cuisine is delightful. The location is convenient with a beautiful swimming pool and bayside view. However, we had reserved two deluxe ocean-view rooms with two beds each. We were given two rooms facing the parking lot with one king bed each. (Granted, one of the rooms was a lovely, large two-room suite.) When we checked in, the room switch was not explained to us, but when we went back to rectify the mistake, we were told that they had a new reservation system that had miss-recorded our reservation, made six months earlier, and that they were fully booked with no other real options available. They bought us a drink at the bar to make up for it, but it didn't seem quite right. However, everything else was lovely and we were only staying for one night before we got on our chartered sailboat. It was a nice jumping off point for the BVI. It is an easy walk to the large cruise ship terminal...

Very nice hotel we were recommended by a friend. Nice bar and restaurant and pool with harbor view! Rooms very nice but gad to use ac to keep tile floor dry but i was able to get up to 75 degrees.

Maria’s has always been a family favorite hotel whenever we go home to the Virgin Islands. The staff are professional and efficient, customer service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is always delicious. I will always recommend Maria’s to anyone visiting the island.

It's within walking distance of the Ferry dock if you dont have lots of luggage. Very friendly staff. Rental car is in the lobby.
