The room was fine. The parking lot had not been plowed even though it had not snowed in 3 days. It was covered in ice and snow, which was very dangerous. If I had known they wouldn't take care of clearing the parking lot, I would not have booked this stay.

The Most Positive Part Of The Stay Was The Bed Was Very Comfortable And A Decent Breakfast In The Morning... However...The Room Was Very Small And The Bathroom Was Even Smaller...The Bathroom Has A Sliding Door vs A Regular Door And The Sink And Vanity Are Outside The Bathroom...The Heating Unit Was Extremely Noisy...My Wife Also Saw A Small Bug Crawling On The Table Near The TV Before We Went To Bed ...We Reported It To The Front Desk And They Did Offer To Change Our Room But We Had Already Unpacked And Were Too Tired To Move... Thankfully We Did Not See Any Other Bugs For The Rest Of Our Stay.

The room was very clean and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The free continental breakfast had plenty of options with cold and hot foods. The only negative part of our experience was the room has an improperly installed outlet that wasn't secured to the wall and I was worried for the safety of my young children

The room was reasonably priced but was not as clean as La Quinta in Salem,Va. The floor was still dirty and some of the furniture had been apparently wet and really warped.
