Our Resort has all of the modern amenities you could want, yet we are off the beaten path where you can still get a taste of Roatan before it was developed as a tourist destination. We have our own private beach for you to enjoy the sounds of nature, local wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Come enjoy this magical place!

This newly renovated unit on the second floor is a real stunner with incredible views out of every window. Using the latest smart and security technology throughout, we promise a luxurious experience. After climbing the open stairway to the unit, you're welcomed into your 800sq. ft. unit with a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. With a spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom down the hall, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time at Curación Beach Resort. The crowning glory of this unit though is the 270 sq. ft. deck, accessible from the living room, offering a gorgeous view of Brick Bay and a wonderful space for outdoor meals or simply enjoying a good book.

Guests have access our patios, pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, bikes, kayaks, hammocks, swings, lounge chairs and the white sand beach right outside your door. We also have washers and dryers on site available in our laundry room.

The island of Roatán is the largest of the archipelago of the Bay Islands, and is part of theMesoamerican Barrier Reef. The island, 45 kilometers long, is geographically formed by hills covered with lush vegetation, and is located 30 miles from the Honduran coast. It has an abundance of natural wealth and rich cultural history with the presence of the Garifuna, Mayas, Payas and theSpanish and English occupation influence.

Our Resort is located 10 minutes from the airport, you cannot beat the sandy beaches or nature walking trails and paths throughout the Colonia Brick Bay community. This secluded neighborhood offers some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the more commercialized parts of the island and offers a snapshot of Roatan before it became a tourist destination.

We can ensure that a rental car will be ready for you at the resort if requested, but if driving around isn't for you, we can also arrange for a driver to take you to your destinations for a small fee. Taxis are also available throughout the island.

We are located a short 10 minute (5.9km) car ride from Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport in Coxen Hole and 5 (2.5km) minutes from the Mahogany Bay Cruise Terminal.

We are a small boutique hotel locally owned and operated, with a focus on community, wellness, environment and humanitarianism. We believe in the golden rule and loving your neighbor. Our goal is to create a sanctuary of friendship and kindness where you can cast the stress of the world away and enjoy life, mother earth and fellowship with others.

We believe honesty is the best policy and as a newly opening boutique resort, there are a few labors of love that are still being worked on, namely our beach and swimming area. Many beaches around Roatan have been taken over by seaweed, offering a place for ecosystems to develop. Our resort has made it our mission to begin clearing out a swimming section and building a retaining wall using techniques that are as close to the natural process as possible to give the ecosystem a chance to adapt. Over the next 6 months, our staff and guests (if so desired) will be part of the process to make a difference through cleaning, raking, and building, while learning about the rebuild and creating friendships over beers and ceviche. Everyone that helps in the process will also have their names etched into reclaimed glass that will be built into the retaining wall, forever having a piece of paradise!

HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

1. No un-authorized parties or gatherings.

2. No smoking allowed inside.

3. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

4. Pets are allowed and we are very Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing any pets along with you. There is a Pet Fee of $100 per Stay (up to 2 pets with pre approval)

5. No unregistered guests allowed.

6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, other than water.

7. Please respect the noise curfew and keep loud noises to a minimum from 9pm through 9am

8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.

9. Please take care of the furnishings, no pets allowed on sofas or beds.

10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

11. Please load the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon your departure, or wash any used dishes.

12. Place all garbage in receptacles.

13. Please be aware that we have security cameras in our outdoor areas.
