My wife put her wedding bands in the safe, an hour later she went to get into the safe but it was giving her problems. We called the front desk for help - they came but told us it was timed out and we had to wait a few minutes. When the safe was opened one of her bands was missing. We checked with safe company, there is not a need to wait for the overide.

The property itself was excellent. I would encourage the staff to be more attentive and humble when receiving guests. Majority of the staff shows they don't care to greet or show no sign of manners. The attention is awful making you not want to return.

The stay was good for the most part. The only hiccup I had was that I paid for an excursion with my card and then the following day they told me that it had gotten cancelled, when I went to ask for my refund they told me it would take up to 30 days to get my money back. That’s extremely inconvenient to a paying customer considering I had spent a large sum of money already. The people were nice and staff was cool but this process for a refund was terrible. I really hope they don’t steal this money from me.

Me and wife had a wonderful time at Infinity Bay resort. Everything was fantastic including very friendly service, cleanliness, and all the food was great (Breakfast was Awesome!). We loved it so much we are now planning to return within the next 6 months. We think Infinity Bay resort in Roatan is now our very favorite, better than Aruba, TCI, Barbados, St Marteen.
