Good value and conveniently located

Breakfast was great. Room and hallways need to be updated. Room was clean. Beware, shuttle is a small car. You need to reserve well in advance. Very convenient to train station for trips to Venice.

Overall, our stay at the Crowne Plaza was adequate. The staff were hospitable and the breakfast was EXCELLENT. The location was superb as it was right in front of the train station and the overall price of the hotel was good. The qualms we had were: 1) the airport shuttle was not easy to find and we were nervous that we had missed it. It turns out that the shuttle was late but there was no way to communicate with the driver. 2) The bathroom could use some renovations as it was not as cleanly as possible. 3) The room was cold and there was a banging sound when we attempted to turn on the heat.4) Having to pay for water was not anticipated.

Having the shuttle worked out great. The a c i could've get it to work, but called the front desk and they were able to remotely get it straight out. I would stay there again.

Trip To Italy

There was no laundry service. If you needed laundry, the hotel will overcharge you $7.00 to clean one shirt? That’s insane! The rooms need to be updated. A lot of missing paint, scratches on the wall, a lot of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Attention to detail when cleaning is a little sub-par. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes walking to the train to get to Venice.

The perfect hotel if you need to be close to the train to get in and around Venice and the neighboring islands. One precaution: We were traveling in a large group (10 adults, each with a suitcase and a carry-on) and we were advised that we could not use the free shuttle for the airport. We had to arrange We had to arrange an alternate form of transport at the last minute.

Support shuttle was excellent. Staff were 5 ⭐️ all the way. Room was sub par in my opinion. There was no water pressure from the hot water so we had to use the waste bucket - after cleaning it out, to fill the tub with hot water from the sink. One of our towels had a stain on it. The room itself and the hotel were nice and clean. And again ALL staff were amazing. Just our bad luck on that particular room. After we checked out I noticed there were two showers in the gym. It would’ve been nice if someone had given us that option when I called to ask about the no water pressure in our room.

The hotel has mold in the rooms with a foul Oder. I would not want to be put in this situation of staying at this property. The bar has a great bar tender is the evening. The hotel has a short walk to the train station. For a party of 10 they can only pick up 6 at a time at the hotel but they bring a motor coach bus. This cost us $150 for two transfers on our own.
