We arrived around 19:30h and we got room 345, which is a 3 bedded! We were 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. The TRAINEE at the reception said a 4th bed will be made! So, check in starts at 3pm, why was the 4th bed not ready ?? What if we wanted to rest immediately? Anyway, we went for dinner and hoped the 4th bed will be ready when we are back! We got back around 21:30h and the 4th bed was still not made. So I went back to the reception, talked to the TRAINEE, at that moment there were 2 Trainees, I just wondered if there was one other reception who had more experience! Anyway, a guy was sent to our room who just separated the double bed and left without saying a word. After 10 minutes, I went down again and asked what’s up with the 4th bed?! The trainee told me it should be ready, I said no, because the guy just separated the double bed into 2. So we had 3 single beds ! At that time I just wanted a 4th bed and get rest! He brought us a ROLLING 4th bed! Missing a blanket, so we had to use the sheets, and I had to connect the single bed back to a double bed to have space in that room. We couldn’t have 4 single beds in there !!!!!! We didn’t have enough towels and slippers either! I immediately wrote this to the reception! We wanted a room change the following day ! We were already tired that Saturday and managed as it was. Next day we got a room change to 342!!! All was ok.
I work in the same branch and I wouldn’t send my guests to a room that’s not completely ready for them!!!!!
