The hotel was lovely, we checked in very late, 3:30 am after getting off the ferry. The room was standard, beds comfortable and room was clean. We had an issue at 9am when someone knocked on our door and tried to open it, fortunately we had the security bar across and they couldn’t get it. It was extremely unsettling, they didn’t close the door after opening it. We reported it to the desk and she figured it was housekeeping who had mistakenly tried to clean the wrong room, which is fair enough, mistakes happen, but we did end up paying over $200 for about 5 hours sleep, I would have thought we would have gotten some type of compensation, but none was offered, we checked out more tired than when we arrived.

Staff was super helpful and kind. The room and beds are comfortable and clean. Hotel itself is a bit dated. Breakfast is not included.

The first night. The shower wasn't working The second night we had to ask for towels, they didn't replace the ones we used. The third night they didn't make our bed. There was not on the bed to stop them from marking. Reported to the front desk and the manager has not responded.
