Pictures on your advert were misleading. Room is just good for a sleepover. Fridge not working, washroom is so small with amenities due for an upgrade. TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. Wonder why they charged so much for damages compared to others.

Older hotel that looks a little worn on outside but makes up for it inside. Clean and well appointed rooms with nice pool and pub onsight. In town location is next to lots of dining and entertainment options. Would recommend for this price point.

Pros: 1) The location is convenient based on proximity to the family I was visiting. 2) The food at the attached restaurant was great. 3) The staff member who checked us in was very friendly. Cons: 1) The air conditioning unit leaked and soaked the carpet floor. 2) When we told the front desk staff (diff person from check-in) about the leak, he was very condescending to my mom and essentially blamed us for the leak. 3) The TV was on the fritz, turning itself off after 5 minutes (happened multiple times, multiple days). 4) Noise levels in the halls was a bit excessive, nighttime and morning. Not saying this is the hotel’s fault, that’s on the parents who don’t stop their children from running and yelling in the halls until 11pm. 5) On our final night, we killed 4 very large flying bugs, no idea what kind but large like a cicada… probably due to the moisture problem. But they seemed to be coming out of the woodwork, one by one. If it hadn’t been the last night, I would have asked for a diff room because it was becoming distressing.

The elevator was not level with the floor and our luggage cart tipped over getting out, our key card would not open the door, and both our bed sheets were stained and we had to ask for new sheets. Overall not a good experience.

It was in a good location, walking distance of most things in the downtown area. Service was ok. Requested extra towels for the room (they obly gave us 3 towels for 4 people) took half a day to get the towels. Rooms were not cleaned the 3 days we were there, toilet paper was not restocked. The hotel is old, bathroom door didn't close very well.

Our room door upon arrival was open. The elevator inspection had expired in 2024 and it could have used a deep clean and some updates. Housekeeping was knocking on our door before 11am to gain access. The lobby and hallways were well kept and very nice. The staff seemed friendly as well.
