The check in was smooth. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was extremely busy and crowded as there was a graduation taking place. There was no parking in the front lot so we parked in the back, which was staff parking. Unfortunately we did not get the robes we requested when we arrived in our room. As well we wanted to go swimming but unfortunately we couldn’t make our way to the pool because of the huge crowd.

Hotel location is great! Walkable distance to most places downtown. The restaurant is one of the only places open late during the week so room service is convenient. Hotel staff were kind and always available. Definitely would recommend and the view was great!

First night had the neighbours from he’ll slamming doors and piling garbage outside the door. Staff addressed the issue and moved us the next morning when I made them aware. My only complaint is the hottub temperature wasn’t really hot and cool at different hours. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

It is clean and safe. At one time this was the place to be in St John's. It was an experience with great dining, night life and entertainment. Now its just a place to stay with mediocre service.
