The apartment is located in the residential center Cerri at about 1500 m high and has a large outdoor garden with a stone barbecue with a splendid view of the Altopiano delle Rocche.
Recently renovated inside it is divided on two levels on the first floor we find a living room with fireplace with 32 '' LCD TV, a sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with every comfort (oven, fridge, stove top and all the necessary utensils) , a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with LCD TV.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, a living room with 32 "LCD TV, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
At guests' disposal there are also 2 parking spaces, one outside and one inside the garage.
The independent heating system can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people and is about 4 km from the Campo Felice ski lifts.
