The house “Les Hauts d’Avignon” is located in the Bellevue district, very quiet, on the top of the hill, 5 minutes from the village of Rochefort du Gard (all local shops). It enjoys a panoramic view of the Rhone plain of Avignon, the Alpilles, Mont Ventoux... 20 minutes from Avignon (11km), 30 minutes from Nîmes (35km), 25 minutes from Orange (25km), it is an ideal starting point to discover the many tourist sites of this part of the south of France: Palais des Papes and Pont d'Avignon (20 min), Pont du Gard (20 min), Roman cities of Arles (45 min), Nîmes and Orange, Camargue and Saintes Maries de la mer (1h15), green tourism (hiking, kayaking, mountain biking) in the Luberon or around Mont Ventoux), antique village of Isle sur la Sorgue (45 min)... Wine lovers will also be seduced by the Route des vins grands crus (Chateauneuf du pape, Gigondas, Beaume de Venise, Vacqueyras...) or by the Signargues AOC and Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards that surround the village.
The Villa is composed of 2 wings where the bedrooms are located, on either side of the large living room. Direct access to the large panoramic terrace (180° view of the Alpilles, Mont Ventoux).
