I had a late flight and booked this room in the airport. Called the hotel and asked if airport transportation would be an issue. The gentleman said absolutely not, we got you. Once I arrived at almost midnight, I called the front desk and he told me where to go and was there quickly, good thing because it was cold. The next morning, they took me to the rental car area. Just nice guys!

Very unhappy with my stay here. The room was very dirty, the floor was dirty, there weren’t any toiletries. My neighbors were up partying all night.

the owner said he would take us to airport and pick us up when we come back. called office twice no answer. we lucked out there were two cabs outside the airport. they drove us to hotel ,the manager was there I went inside and ask him why he didn't answer the phone, I called twice. He said he we helping someone. When I called the hotel it ran so long Igot the 800 # service they apologized and couldn't help us. That when we took the cabs.

I specifically stayed here because everything on the website and when you called and talked to the desk they said they had a breakfast that started at 6 AM. Not the case. They have a paper note on the wall that says 7 AM. Not a big deal but I had to spend money on breakfast all week.

The facilities were fine, the accommodations were as expected - all good. The alarm clock in the empty room next to me went off at midnight for 15 minutes until I called down to the front desk. Then it went off again at 5am for another 15 minutes but no one would answer after calling several times. I had to go down and ask someone to shut the alarm off. Staff was friendly and I have nothing against them but they were not easily available when called. Room phone didn’t work to call front desk. Used my cell to call the hotel.
