Very clean! Loved the soft bedding. Parking was great. Many options within walking distance for food/coffee. Easily walked to the mayo civic center with our family.

Clean and friendly

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit of do it yourself with omelets in the refrigerator and a microwave for guest use. However, that led to everyone being helpful to each other and a fun breakfast. The room was dated but very clean and comfortable. We are coming back for our next Mayo visit in May.

This place needs a major update our room was smelled like mold. The bathroom wall paper and ceiling was falling off. The shower head was completely moldy and rusted out. The garage next door is very loud all night. The bed and pillows were horrible. Had the worst night sleep for a very early appointment at the Mayo Clinic. Not worth the $155 I spent.

This hotel has a direct underground tunnel to the Mayo Clinic to transport a patient in a wheelchair. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked that the project was close to Mayo's. I didnt like the fact that i could have had a Mayo's discount, but i had to call to make the reservation, not make it online. Nowhere in the list of hotels was that explained. Plus the bathroom was not large enough to accommodate a walker.

Good choice

It's on the underground sidewalk (subway) and a short 5-10 minute walk from Mayo Clinic. The rates are great for it's location that includes parking and breakfast.

Clean and Comfortable

This is was second stay at Brentwood. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and free parking were an added plus. We'd definitely stay here again.
