Great hotel!

The pool was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking was a little strange, but we found a spot each time. We stayed at 6 different hotels on this trip and the pool at this hotel was the best maintained, the best temperature, and was the largest.

This hotel had very friendly and helpful staff and the shuttle service to and from the hotel to the Civic center was convenient. The continental breakfast had nice variety. It would have been nice for the exercise room to have been stocked with wipes to sanitize the equipment after use and sweat towels, but other than this it was a very nice stay!

We wish the hot tub would've been working but everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, fantastic restaurant, and walkable to Mayo. However, there is also a convenient shuttle. We will be staying here again.

Favorite hotel of all !!

Very nice stay.. Was hard to get to with all the road work right around the area. But is was well worth the effort. I have stayed in many hotels both for business and personal travel. I would rate this as my very favorite. Staff was very nice, everything was very clean. Room had plenty of space, very nice TV. Room was quiet. The Twiggs restaurant attached to the location was great with service, wait staff and the food. Parking was free and easy. Check out was a breeze. If I just need a getaway weekend, this is where I'll be going.

We would choose to stay at Centerstone, again!

We love having the shuttle. The room was very clean and a great size! We wished the toilet had been for the disabled. Hard to use it’s a hip injury!

Location was convenient to Mayo Clinic, a 2 1/2 block walk. Shuttles were offered but we chose to walk. Very quiet, never heard talking or noise from hallway or other rooms. Breakfast was good, several offerings. Free parking. Enjoyed our stay. Older hotel but provided what we needed.

I do not recommend this property because we had a poor experience with the 2 bedroom extended stay room. The air conditioning was inconsistent and wasn't able to cool the room during the heat of the day. The Front desk was not able to do anything even after complaining. Otherwise, the staff was very nice.

The room did not have adequate Air Conditioning for how hot it was. The condition of the room was very worn out and old. Complained to the front desk nobody seemed to care that it was 79 degrees in the room where my wife was recovering from major surgery. I would not recommend the extended stay rooms with kitchens because the kitchens are not stocked with adequate cleaning supplies and other basic necessities. I did like the staff very much.
