Our go-to hotel in the Mayo area

We have stayed here many times in the last 5 years, in both the main hotel and their converted apartments across the street. This is a well-oiled operation with helpful staff. It is not the newest hotel in town, but it is the one we prefer. A bonus is the Twigs restaurant attached to the hotel.

The property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus and adequate. The shuttle service to and from Mayo Clinic was outstanding provided by the Hotel.

Mattress Replacement.

Everything was excellent, except the Mattress in Room 213. The Mattress would not hold its shape, it would collapse on the left side (looking at it) and was very uncomfortable to lay on. The Mattress needs to be replaced. Everything else was excellent, Service, Clean, employees great, and the breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.
