I love to stay here when i have doctors appointments at Mayo Clinic. The shuttles are, in my opinion, the best. I waited no longer than 15 minutes for a shuttle through out my stay. Twigs is amazing too and the breakfast is always perfect.

The hotel and pool was wi derail. Shuttles work well and there is adequate parking. There is extended stay for same price as hotel with full size kitchen etc. I opted out of that as it was more than I needed and it had outside entry.

I gave this property 2 Stars as our first room was at best 2 stars. We were given a room in one of the stand alone buildings. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was very outdated. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling out, it was not very clean and had a terrible smell. HOWEVER, we asked to be switched to the Tower (main hotel) the next morning and the front desk was very nice about it. The room in the tower was much better. It's a good location, has free breakfast and free parking which are benefits. If you're going to stay there, make sure you request a room in the tower. Otherwise, don't do it.
