The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. We were booked to a first floor room, which are all pet-friendly. Unfortunately, my husband is allergic. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and quickly moved us to a lovely room a few floors up. The biggest issue is the smoke smell. I am a non-smoker, so the majority premises were fairly toxic. In order to cover the smell from the smoking areas, there was heavy perfume in all of the public areas (i.e. lobby & hallways). Thankfully, the room was free of heavy perfume and smoke. We went to the casino for dinner, and had to take it back to our room, as the dining room was very smoky. The meal was generous portions, and absolutely yummy! Overall, it is a beautiful property, great staff, and clean as a whistle. However, because of the smoke, we won't be a returning customer.

The room was not clean on the counter surfaces and the shower had old soap left on the surface, and made me wonder If the shower was sanitized. Other than, it was a good stay.
