    Horrible Communication

    We booked this property back in February. As we got closer to the arrival date no communication from the rental company. Reached via email and text - no response until the day of our departure where we were told the apartment could not be occupied due to a plumbing issue. I had to scramble to find another accommodation. I suggest not booking this property.

    Double booked

    We never got to go as the property owner had double booked. We only found out a few hours before we due to arrive. Speechless!

    Unfortunately the apartment was doubled booked on the day of our arrival so our short holiday had to be cancelled. We await a full refund. Fingers crossed!
