10 miles from Mayo Clinic, located on beautiful horse farm (with riding lessons available), huge backyard plenty of room for kids to run. This is a split entry house, so you’ll have a private entry with newly remodeled full kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower, 2 bedrooms. Quite peaceful country living.

Country living with easy access to Rochester. Riding lessons are available on site for an addition fee. Plenty of free parking space in front of home.
Guest access
Rear entrance through the yard for this basement b & b. Parking is available in the front of the property. Snow will be plowed in the driveways, as soon as the professional snow plow remover can get to us on his list. He is pretty good about clearing the drive ways.

The house has a septic system. This means no wet whips or sanitary products of any type can be flushed. Thanks!
