Go back to the 70`s future in this retro-decorated ranch, with original built-ins, in the heart of Brighton! Great for families, located minutes from the 490 Expressway, and central to both downtown and suburbs.
This house offers gleaming hardwoods, washer/dryer on site, garage parking, central air, and a large yard (not fenced in) for children and pets to run!
Pets welcome if approved, please enquire with host. Pet fee of $20/night/pet will be charged separately prior to your arrival.
Located on a lovely residential street in Brighton. Note there are no sidewalks in this area.
The funky layout of this house means that the refrigerator is through a door next to the kitchen. There is no dishwasher.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Great place in a quiet little community in the heart of the Rochester area. The house was clean with plenty of deer roaming in the back yard. I definitely recommend this house and host.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The house is very comfortable, and the view and easy access to the backyard create a wonderful sense of space—it naturally invites you to spend time outdoors. The location was ideal for us, especially being so close to the UR. The wide, quiet streets and proximity to green areas made it perfect for running and long walks with our dog. It’s a peaceful retreat that feels both spacious, connected to nature and close to groceries, etc.
