The room was nice...was clean; however, lacked basic maintenance. The shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall. There were spots on the bathroom wall that should have been cleaned. There was no guide on the television with very limited channels. There was no ice in the ice maker. I would not choose to stay here again.

Short Stay

Our stay was average. We waited for help at the desk for quite a while and gave up when no one came out. The window and phone in our room were broken. We asked a maid for an extra towel and she didn't have any. We had three people in a double bed room and only two towels.

Needs upgrading

This hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The breakfast isn't great and there is never any fruit offered. This is out third time and all three times we were told the ice machine was broken. So for three months the ice machine is still broken. The doors in the bathroom are peeling and the mattress was a bit hard. I left my brand new bottle of perfume on our last trip by mistake. I called and was told it wasn't there. It was a birthday gift and we went directly home after our stay. :( We are not going back.

Horrible do not stay here

Went in everything looked ok until I was about to take a shower and realized the shower head was broken water all over the floor. I then said ok it’s only one night let’s just sleep and the bed was so uncomfortable pillows literally had no support and the bed you can feel all the springs very worn out. I didn’t even stay I left the same night at 8:30pm
