8/10 Good

We had a good stay at this cabin. It is very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ideal for a couple with one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, and an open kitchen/dining/living area. Covered patio with two chairs and walkway to the covered hot tub were great features. The setting in the rolling foothills is beautiful, though the winding hills make for an exhilarating drive at night. The parking area is spacious and easy to use.Inside, everything was well kept. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, but no wine glasses despite a bottle opener. The living room has a couch and large wall mounted TV. The small dining table works but is a bit wobbly. The bedroom includes a queen bed, closet space, and another TV. The cabin looks exactly like the listing photos.A few issues we had. The hot tub had very strong chlorine, which limited use and left a film on our skin. There is also nowhere to hang wet suits in the shower area. But, the biggest concern was the mattress. It felt overly soft and sunken in the center, making it hard to get comfortable. I know different people prefer different types, but we both slept poorly, and my wife moved to the couch midway through the stay. For us, that had a big impact. We shared with the property manager, and they said they would investigate all these, so good communication.Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and would stay again if the mattress were more supportive. If you don't care, the choice is a no-brainer!
