There was an unfortunate and significant wait to check into the hotel after 11pm. The phone system required was utilized but the receptionist on the other end was rude, unprofessional and made a number of us wait approximately 20mins before sending a staff member down to check us in.

I was unaware of the incidental fee was an actual charge in addition to the room rate that takes up to 7 days to refund after checkout…most hotels have a hold not a charge that has to be refunded which can be lengthy…that should be explained at check in

Get what you pay for

Positives: Allowed for early check in. Full refrigerator. Affordable. Negatives: Mold around bath, weird smell throughout the property when you walk in and hallways. Dogs barking throughout morning. TV channels very limited and doesnt work properly. Limited accessories (no iron, blowdryer, coffee maker) things that are pretty standard in hotels. Staff will not deliver anything to door have to come to the front desk for everything. The bath soap was really small and only 1 in the room. Also pretty stingy with bath towels.
