Roaches everywhere and the manager "Giovanni" refused to refund my 3 rooms after the office lady called him and told him that i had video proof and photo proof of me killing them and i refused to sleep in an infested room especially being that i have a 1 year old. Then he proceeded to call the police because i said i was going to tell everybody. And that is my rights *freedom of speech*
Thus hotel truly has potential, if they cared about their customers and if they would bomb for bugs and clean a little bit more.
Frankly i paid $149.87 for 1 room for 1 night and a 50$ deposit (TIMES 3 ) and cant seem to get my money back for a 15 minute killing spree. I would have expected more from an extended stay, obviously Giovanni is not the proper person for this job. If you choose to venture here id recommend stopping by the dollar general or Walgreens just down the street and pick up some roach traps, as you wont be the only one sleeping in the bed. Normally i could understand a bug or 2 but 7+ in a 15 minute period and then while im headed out the elevator to report to the office the big cockroache comes out the elevator door thats a bit extreme. Make sure you call and ask Giovanni the manager to spray for roaches prior to your arrival, Good luck 👍
