Kalmar Sound is only 30 metres away!



Large windows provide a good view of the bay and the jetty. The boat and the canoe at the jetty are included in the rent, but are shared with S35088. The large veranda is partly under roof. The architect has created a generous feeling of space inside, but it is still cosy. Next to the pier there is also a boathouse with a wood-heated sauna from which you have a beautiful view of the bay.



The surrounding area is dominated by beautiful nature and there are several bathing spots. The area is also good for mushroom picking. You can go hiking and mountain biking here. Astrid Lindgren's Värld, Glasriket and the summer town of Västervik are suitable for a day trip. 20 kilometres from the house is Kalmar, with its interesting history and proximity to Öland. In Kalmar you can also eat well, shop and find activities for all ages.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Wir sind rundum zufrieden und begeistert von diesem Ort. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Man erlebt die Natur von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang hautnah und kann wunderbar entschleunigen. Das Haus und die Sauna sind sehr liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet. Von der Grillzange über das Filetiermesser bis zum Pflaster ist alles vorhanden. Alles ist auffallend gepflegt und sauber. Familie D.
