First Light has single floor living (except the laundry in the basement) with a shared hall bathroom. It has a queen bedroom, king bedroom and a bunk room with three twin beds.

Pet friendly but yard is not fenced in. AC is a floor unit that does not cool the bedrooms. Nice location between Rockport and Gloucester.
