BRAND NEW BUILD! This unique property is 2.3 acres with views on our 2nd story deck of North & South Twin Lake! We rent 2 homes on this property, so if you are needing more space, search for our second house at 7144 Twin Lakes Rd. We are across the street from the public dock, and we rent out our private dock for a fee as well! We are a short walk to Traditions bar/restaurant, & a 1 minute drive to 2 beaches! There is a 6.2 mile walking/bike trail at the front of our property to enjoy!
The space: Covered patio on bottom floor as well as a 2nd story deck (30’x6’) with views of North & South Twin. The main floor has 1 full bathroom & a full kitchen! I’ve tried to supply all the dishes/utensils you need, so you won’t need to bring anything with you! Coffee pot provided with filters, just make sure to bring your own coffee! There’s also a dishwasher, so no hand washing on your vacation! The second story has a large living room with a walk out to the deck. There is a 1/2 bath upstairs with a washer and dryer. I do provide plenty of bath towels, dish and hand towels, but If you plan to wash your clothes during your stay, or feel as if you’ll be using a lot of towels, please bring your own detergent. All of the mattresses are brand new memory foam and very comfy! The 1st bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed with a pull out twin bed. The twin bed is on rollers if you’d prefer to wheel it out into the living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a walk out to the deck. I do also have a comfortable high top queen blow up mattress located in the closet downstairs with sheets provided if you’d like to use that as well. In the summer there will also be a firepit and grill provided!
Guest access: We own the entire 2.3 acres. There is a 2nd house on the property that we rent out as well, so please just be sure to respect their space. You will see there is a separate drive lane to their home, so please park in your own driveway. There is extra parking behind the home. We do plan to build more properties to rent on our land in the upcoming years, so don’t forget about us for large family gatherings!
Other things to note: There is a drive lane that goes straight to your home, and you will see a separate driveway to the second house we rent on our property. Please just respect each other’s space. There is plenty of space for parking. You will see a large open area behind both homes where we will eventually build more homes to rent but for now, feel free to use it to ride bikes, let the kids play, and for parking. Just stay on your own side when parking please. Our property line ends where the land slopes down the steep bank on the back side. There is a public dock across the street to use, but if you would rather rent out a more private boat slip for your stay, please message me for availability and pricing!
