Lost power a couple hours after check in. No communication what so ever on when they expected it back on. I understand it was an act of Mother Nature but the hotel sure didn’t seem busy enough to where they couldn’t knock door or text or email the status. Was in room 219 and they were outside my room pounding and talking where I got very little sleep. I’m just very disappointed and on top of that not a single apology or something for the inconvenience etc. i was traveling and desperately needed a good night sleep to finish my drive. Do better Comfort Inn!

The most comfortable beds and pillows! Room was very clean ! Good breakfast! Small pool but we didnt use since it wasnt heated and wheather was a little cold. Sharon at front desk wS so nice! Will definitely stay here again on all our trips to Ohio to visit family and settle family estate. Highly recommend!

Trash overflowing in can outside the exit door for at least 3 days and left in bags under the steps in hall, made it stink. We had to turn the cold water off under the kitchen sink, it flooded underneath after getting a glass of water from it. My husband noticed it leaking around the neck.

Our overall stay, there were 7 of us, was good. The beds unfortunately are only full size and not conducive for a husband and a wife to sleep comfortably. The room was clean. There wasn't any extra toilet paper left in the bathroom, but we were able to grab some from the cleaning cart. There were plenty of towels.
