The continuous motor noise from a dehumidifier in the hallway outside of our room made it difficult to sleep. looked like some moisture in the wall which required drying out, hopefully a temporary situation.

"We loved the location. We stopped only for an overnight stay. However, we were disappointed with our room. The AC and toilet were very noisy, and we couldn't sleep well because of the noise.". I think this hotel has nice facilities like conferences rooms. Looks like the room and bathroom needs some fresh remodeling.

Clean and convenient to downtown

I booked a room for one night for an event in Knoxville. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping and would have been walkable to the concert if not for frigid temperatures and icy sidewalks. Hotel appeared very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with 4 pillows each. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel if you need a place in downtown Knoxville.
