Apartment is located in a small and quiet place Kanica only 10 km from Rogoznica. Harmony of sun, stone and crystal clear sea, and remoteness from the everyday noise and crowd are the best description of special vacation pleasure in Kanica.
Apartment is only 5 metres from the beach which is only for the guests from the apartment which gives you a special kind of privacy.The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker ,refrigerator ,dishwasher ,kettle and all the dishes. In the living room area there is one couch/bed (140X200cm) for one person and for other person there is a sofa bed. Apartment has also one bedroom with a king size bed (160X200cm) and a bathroom with a shower. Apartment has two terraces and both are in front of the apartment with the sea view. There are deckchairs and garden furniture for relaxing and sunbathing on the terrace and in the garden. In the garden, there is a closed grill which guests can use and apartment has an air condition and free wi-fi throughout whole property. Such a beautiful property!

From the moment we arrived until we hugged goodbye we felt like we were home....but on a beautiful piece of the Adriatic. Boze treated us to her delicious pancakes on two mornings and a wonderful plate of pasta when we told her how good it smelled. Boze's daughters are so lovely and they made us feel like family for our two week stay. I will say that the drive in to the property is not for the faint of heart, very narrow and only one way at a time so a lot of tucking in here and there. We loved our time and are considering rebooking next year. If you are looking for a quiet spot on the sea that you can relax and unwind this is the spot. Close to a lot of lovely villages and centered between Sibenik and Split if you like to explore. Highly recommend !

Perfect peace and quiet in a beautiful surrounding with everything you need right there. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive so a car is necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Perica and Bosa are such lovely ladies and made us feel so at home. Thank you ladies we hope to see you again soon.

Super relaxed, private beach access. Off the beaten path.

Kanica cove is a hidden treasure. It takes a drive over narrow roads flanked by stone walls to get there but once you get your first view of the water you know it's going to be great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The private beach access to the super clear water brought endless hours of joy. When we arrived the family welcomed us like we were good friends. Throughout the week Bose took great care of us, always offering delicious Turkish coffee and treats. She really made the stay special! We plan to go back. Highly recommended.

einmalige, ruhige Lage in einer herrlichen Bucht

Wir haben in der Hauptsaison zwei ruhige Wochen fernab des Massentourismus in Kanica verbracht. Perica und ihre Familie heißen einen herzlich Willkommen und bemühen sich immer darum, dass es einem als Gast gut geht. Wir hatten die kleinere Wohnung in der zweiten Reihe und haben uns gerne auf der Terrasse vor unserem Schlafzimmer aufgehalten. Der eigene Meerzugang und der Liegeplatz sind unschlagbar.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man hört Nachts das Meer rauschen , es ist ein ruhiger Ort, 2 Restaurants mit Meerblick sind 5 Min zu Fusserreichbar.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und bei Fragen wurde umgehend geholfen. Bei diesem Feriendomozil ist Erholung garantiert. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer war einfach genial. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, aber mit 4 Personen vielleicht doch etwas zu klein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben hier wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Besonders genossen haben wir den hauseigenen Zugang zum Meer und die Ruhe des Ortes, selbst in der Hochsaison. Die beiden Terassen bieten immer Sonne und Schatten. Perica und ihre Familie sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber, vielen Dank für alles!

Einfach schön!

Angekommen und herzlich in Empfang genommen worden! Wir waren 1 Woche ohne Kinder in Kanica und hatten die erhoffte Erholung. Traumhaft ruhige Umgebung und mit dem Auto schnell zu den Zielen in der Umgebung. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und sauber. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wunderbare Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, waren überrascht das wir tatsächlich nur ein paar Stufen zum idyllischen Badeplatz hatten. Die verschiedenen Terrassen machen es möglich immer ein schönes Plaetzchen zu finden. Da es der kälteste Mai seit Jahren war, haben wir tatsächlich die windgeschuetzten, sonningen Plätze bevorzugt und trotzdem konnten wir dem glasklaren Wasser nicht widerstehen und waren ein paar mal schwimmen. Die Restaurants in Rogosnica waren hervorragend, auch das Grillhaeuschen im Garten wurde mehrmals von uns befeuert. Die Familie( Perica, Tochter und Oma) waren sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und unkompliziert. Wir kamen an diesem idyllischen Ort so richtig zur Ruhe, nach jeder Staedbesichtigung freuten wir uns wieder im ruhigen Kanica zu sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Es war herrlich - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gibt 2 Terrassen - auf einer ist morgens Sonne auf der anderen mittags. Ein paar Stufen führen direkt zum Wasser mit hauseigenen Liegeplätze. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert !!!

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im besagten Apartment/ Anlage verbracht! Das Apartment bietet (wie beschrieben) alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht und ist für 3 Personen respektive 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind wie in unserem Fall völlig supi und haben es in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Großes Plus ist der kurze Weg wenige Treppenstufen zur eigenen Plattform mit Liegen am Meer, auch ein eigenes großes Kanu mit Rettungswesten für Kids zur Erkundung der Bucht ist vorhanden. Man hat auch die Wahl zweier Terrassen am Apartment. Vielmehr war auch die familäre Atmosphäre von Perica, Schwester und Tochter Mia und vorallem der "Granny", die jederzeit vor Ort ist, toll! Der Palatschinken oder frisch gepflückte Feigen wurden mal soeben an die Tür gebracht :-) Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt Wir können dieses Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen und wünschen der Familie Lerotić alles erdenklich Gute! Herzliches Willkommen

Die Ferienwohnung war für 3 Personen einfach genial. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut und das Fernsehprogramm wurde mit einer neuen Antenne für Deutsch-Urlauber WM fest gemacht. Die Oma der Vermieterin war immer vor Ort und sehr herzlich. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Der Meereszugang war sensationell über eine eigene Leiter mit eigenem Liegeplatz erreichbar. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen am Meer, mit direkten Zugang. Hatten eine Menge Spass. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kann nur sagen wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr.
