Our bed had a extremely thin blanket, and upon notifying staff that it was unacceptable, they were unable to do anything to help. The fridge in the room would start buzzing, which woke me up numerous times. Check out process felt very disconnected, as they only had a basket that they asked to put the key card into and nobody to actually talk to. Felt very inpersonal and overall disappointing considering that it was close to 100$ for one night. Will not be returning.

I cancelled my 4 night stay before check in due to circumstances out of my control and they refused to refund me for any of the nights. Customer service was rude to top it off. I'm sure they rented my room and made their money. I am out for my entire 4 night stay. This has never happened to me before. Terrible experience and huge loss for me. I'm staying away from this place.

I was very impressed with the hotel since I had always imagined it was run down since I have always seen junkie looking people in the area. The customer service was nice, the place looked like it was being remodeled, it was super quiet in my room on the third floor since nobody was above me. The down side is though I being a mattress topper of four inches on my business trips I could still feel how crummy the mattress was. Glad to have brought that or I wouldn’t have ever survived. I think facing into the hotel center is the quietest since the freeway is the other side. The room was clean and no stains on sheets like there are at budget inn. The one down side is I booked this room on Travelocity so they wouldn’t let me extend my stay without checking completely out of the room by 11 am and then waiting to check back into a new room closer to 3pm. That seems archaic and a waste of my time. I now know to book longer with this place if I don’t want to be inconvenienced. I don’t usually book longer than a day or two because just in case a hotel is horribly maintained. I do trust this place is clean and fairly nice for in the future. Since they wouldn’t let me just stay checked into my room for longer they lost two nights more of revenue since I went to stay at a different hotel. I travel weekly back to Sonoma County for construction so I spend a lot on hotels weekly. I’m still looking for the sweet spot of hotel costing less, and clean and quiet.

The woman who greeted us was very friendly and is probably the saving grace of my rating. It wasn't terrible, but just-below good. Mostly because early on in our stay i had opened the fridge to find an open beer bottle of michelob ultra and a jar of mayonnaise from the last person. This made me question how well the room was cleaned (if at all). • The water pressure of the shower was also very low, making it hard to rinse off soap. • The netflix app on the TV didnt work because the TV wasn't properly configured with the wifi. • Drinking water isn't easily accessible either; you're better off walking to the taco bell next door and refilling there. It didn't feel so much like an inn. There isn't any sort of breakfast served while they're under construction. Don't let the grassy photos fool you, it's more like a motel than anything. The overall check in/out process and parking was easy though.
