The house is located on the upper east side of the La Marquesa Golf Course, around 700m from the club house which is surrounded by bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The enjoyable Recoral Park is around 1km away as well. The closest town Rojales is around 4km and the main street of Ciudad Quesada is around 4.5km distance. Although the La Marquesa Golf Course is close by and within walking distance we recommend to use a car if you wish to move around.
The property is spread over 5 floors, main entrance is on level 3 which includes an open and welcoming living room with dining facilities, an outside covered balcony overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course, a well equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. On the 4th level you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, and a bathroom. On level 5 there is a rooftop solarium if you wish to sunbath or soak in the views. Going back down to level 2 you will find an open space which includes 2 x Bunk Beds and the main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor is where most of the action happens as the house boasts a 7x3 private pool and a very cool bar area inside and out
