This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient — close to everything and easy to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious! One important note: the hotel is located just outside the Aurelian Walls, so the fixed-rate taxi fares from the airport don’t apply. Be prepared for the meter to run or arrange transportation in advance. Other than that, everything was perfect — I’d definitely stay here again!

We really like the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has very good variety of food and drink. The location is close to quite a few restaurants. We have accessible needs and we were given rooms next to the lift, which is good. But one of the rooms has steps in the room which was not easy for one of the guests. The shower is also a bit slippery. In terms of eco-friendliness, we have a suggestion: allow guests to keep some towels (and not replaced). For example, if towels are left on the floor, they are to be replaced, and otherwise, the guests can reuse the towels not on the floor.

Albergo Etico Roma was located in the heart of Rome. Middle point to all touristic destinations. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. I recommend!

Very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was also great. Overall recommended. The only thing was they charged us at the check out for city taxes, while Expedia was saying what I paid for reservation included everything.

Although we requested a room away from the street noise our request was not honored. We were on the first floor and the people upstairs can be heard talking and every time they take showers it can be felt very loud in our room. Overall the property is in a great location and within walking distance to Via Del Corso and Piazza Del poppolo. Good buffet breakfast and safe area.

Basement type room should be described as such.

Room itself was like a basement, seemed that it was on second floor but 2 windows went directly to terrace floor and mostly without windows a very non inviting room with.

Just a Few Blocks north of the Piazza del Popolo

We were very pleased with the Albergo Etico. It was close enough to the Foro Italico to walk there and also just a few blocks from the Flaminio metro station. Outside it looks like a villa; inside it has a cool retro-modern aesthetic.

Loved the concept of this hotel. I had no idea when I booked this place, but what they do for people with disabilities is unlike no other place I have ever stayed. It was truly amazing! The property was clean, walkable and staff was so helpful. And the rooms spacious and the breakfast was so good! I would stay again when in Roma!
