Great area. Close to great food and transportation. Felt safe. It wasn’t what was advertised, yet still “homey”. Knowing the place now we’d still stay there again.

Nice place
Andrea the Owner is great, good localization. The only problem is the share bathroom the toilet should be apart from the shower room waiting time to use and the floor always wet.

Best possible location
I can not imagine a better location for sightseeing in Rome. The room had everything I needed, and I was thrilled with the location.
Basic accommodation but perfectly nice and comfortable. If you book a room without a private bathroom be warned the shower in the shared one is really small. However its clean and we never had any waiting times to use it. Really couldnt have asked for a better location for seeing Rome and such a reasonable price (comparatively speaking).
The Manager/owner was extremely helpful.
I also really appreciated the sound proofing windows which did an excellent job of keeping out street noise.
Room was clean but a bit small. Location was great. Stairs were a bit steep with sharp curves and one step is broken. Sofa in the common room needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs a microwave or at least a couple pots/pans for warming up food. Breakfast items only included cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, butter and Jelly which is not up to the expectation you get when the description of the place states "bed and breakfast".
It was a lovely location and very easy to walk to all the main attractions of Rome. Andrea (the owner) was very helpful, giving us maps and useful tips for where to go and what to eat.
The room itself was perfectly adequate for what we needed. I would have preferred a room closer to the bathroom as our room was at the opposite end of the corridor. This was slightly frustrating when you walk all the way to find that the bathroom is already being occupied by another guest to then have to go back to your room and guess how long to leave it before returning.
The B&B is above a bar so it does get quite noisy at night. I personally didn't find this an issue but my partner struggled with sleep so I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!
The breakfast is a voucher to get a pastry and coffee at one of two places (the bar underneath or a little cafe further down the road). We preferred the little cafe as there was more choice and it seemed a little friendlier.
Overall we had a nice stay and would probably stay again but not for more than a couple of nights.

Stayed one night
This is actually a little apartment. The area is great close to everything you need. The apartment and common areas are clean. The breakfast is a do it yourself deal with some toast, yogurt, juice and coffee available for you to prepare. It is located down some small alleys which would have made me feel uncomfortable walking down at night. The owner is very nice and helpful
I was just expecting a single room at a hotel. I received a more in a two bedroom apartment with access to the common areas, including kitchen and living room. The staff stocked the fridge each day so that I could make my own breakfast. The room had AC which worked well. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated.
Christian, who works for the hotel, met me after-hours at 1030 when I arrived in town. Gave me the keys and checked me in. Super friendly guy.
This hotel exceeded my expectations!
Loved the 3 floor apartment with lounge and kitchen, both the hotel and the area had great character, there was also a good breakfast.

Loved the location!
We loved the location, but as people say, it is above one of the busiest bars in Rome. However, a good pair of earplugs can solve that. We lived staying in Trastevere as it is a young and less touristic part of Rome. We walked to every major point of interest, so if you don't mind walking a bit (everything is reachable in 30 minutes), I really recommend Trastevere. Wifi worked in the main living room and for the rooms near it, but we had a private bathroom so it did not work in our room (we were not close to the living room). Breakfast is a croissant and a cappuccino, which is the Classic Italian breakfast. Owners are nice but discreet.
Overall, we really liked our stay!

Popular bar near the hotel
The rooms are just above a very popular bar which is open late. The windows are shutting out most of the noise, and there is no music, only the murmur of voices, so it is not very disturbing, but good to know... On the other hand, it is one of the most epic bars in Rome, and appears for example in the film La Grande Bellezza, so the location is perfect if you want Roman atmosphere.

This is located in a great neighborhood of Rome - Trastevere. Andrea is very helpful and welcoming in getting guests settled.
Wonderful host and central location for all things Roma. Andrea our host was most helpful. Busy area full of life but not for those looking for a quiet reserved area. City life in every way. Lots of fun.
This B&B is in the heart of Trastevere, a beautiful and very lively part of Rome. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and Andrea the owner is very friendly and helpful. It is right above a popular bar and can be quite noisy but this added to the atmosphere and didn't stop us from getting to sleep at all. Good value for money.
The hotel was perfectly positioned in the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by lovely little piazzas hidden amoung beautiful buildings on cobbled streets. A short walk from the main road and the river where the buses run, and only a 20 minute walk from central Rome. The owner was incredibly welcoming and very helpful, providing us with a map and information about the city. Great local bar downstairs with cheap drinks - would say that this is perhaps a venue ideal for younger rather than older people. Noise from the bar is noticeable, and can go on until the early hours of the morning, however the double glazed windows conceal the noise well. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, we had a private bathroom just across the corridor which followed the same format. All in all this is a fantastic place , the only drawback being the late night activity from the bar below, hence why it is probably best for younger people. It didn't bother us at all, but might not be quite right for others.
