The rooms here are quaint, the roof bar lovely and the location good but don't stay here if you want a hot shower. No hot water first night - complained. Told it was the boiler and it had been fixed. Next day - no hot water again. Complained and was told it would be "looked at". No apology. No reduction in charges. A hot shower is a pretty basic hotel requisite so I was not happy.

We enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the convenience of the location and the lovely rooftop terrace.
